SHIPPING

Items from Australia,

DISPATCH TIMES

  • Standard shipping and standard international: orders are shipped 1-3 business days after the date of order.
  • Express shipping and express international shipping: orders are shipped 1 business day after the date of the order.

Upon dispatch, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking details.

All orders placed on a Friday after 1 pm will not be processed until the following Monday. We operate Monday-Friday 9 am-5pm AEST/AEDT, except on Public Holidays.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide and we do not offer on-time delivery guarantee.

International shippings sometimes can take longer than expected. Any shipping delays with the courier are unfortunately out of our control and we can not  be held liable for that.

 

DUTY FEES AND TAXES

International orders are subject to duty fees and taxes enforced by customs within your country. We are not held liable for any fees or taxes charged to you by your government. Refusal to pay these taxes is considered abandonment of the package, and no refunds will be offered in this case. 


MISSING/LOST ITEMS

In the case that any packages are lost during transit, we will initiate steps with the courier to locate them, but we can not be held liable.
